If you are like me, you might have seen multiple Food Network shows but have stopped watching them. Here are some of mine: Alton and Ree's shows, Guy Fieri’s show; Alton Brown's. I binge-watched many of these same shows. I will miss them all!

Ina Garten's show

Ina Garten's food network old shows will be a great way to get nostalgic if you don’t closely follow the culinary industry. Ina is an expert in cooking and food. Ina's signature style of entertaining and cooking can also be seen on her food network programs. She is a former pastry chef who has published more than 30 books and won numerous awards. But her TV personality is what makes her food networks shows so popular. Her shows mostly reflect her gastronomic life.

Ina Garten published her first cookbook in 1999. She soon followed up with a TV show. Ina Garten's popularity did not decrease after the show became a success on Food Network. The show's popularity is growing and it's possible it will be renewed or even revived on another channel. Her new show, "Be My Guest," will be broadcast on Food Network and Discovery Plus, but the former will continue to work on other projects in the meantime.

Guy Fieri's show

Guy Fieri's old Food Network shows are still available to view. The show continues in New Orleans, where Guy Fieri searches for the perfect po' boy. He also meets Aaron Sanchez to learn how ceviche is made and how to make soft-shell crab sandwiches. He also makes a canoe-tour down the bayou and cooks a festive crawfish boiling.

Guy Fieri was an entrepreneur who sold soft pretzels and other street foods before he became famous on The Food Network. He started selling pretzels at events and built a tricycle bike cart with his father. His studies in France were paid for by the profits. Alton brown's show

Alton Brown is a Food Network host who will be glad to answer any questions you may have about cooking science and how different dishes are made. Alton Brown's menu includes steak tartare and sourdough bread as well as icebox cakes and shakshuka. His cooking demonstrations are step-by, with guests you know and enjoy.

With her brand of home cooking, she has made the transition from print to television. Her recipes are the same as in her printed books, but she cooks from her home. While it might be hard to watch a celebrity make such a big leap from print to TV, her show is worth watching.

How to cook a Steak

The right cooking method for any type of meat depends on its thickness. Thicker steaks, for example, are better cooked at low heat while thicker steaks require higher temperatures.

Also, don't cook them too long as it will cause loss of flavor. Remember to take your steak out of the oven when it's done. You won't burn.

Cooking times vary depending on the size and degree of doneness desired. These are some guidelines:

Medium Rare: Cook until medium rare, which means the internal temperature reaches 145degF (63degC). This takes between 3 and 5 minutes per side.

Medium: Cook until medium. This means that the internal temp has reached 160 degrees F (71 degrees Celsius). This normally takes around 6 minutes per side.

You are done when the internal temperatures reach 180°F (82°C). This usually requires 8 to 12 minutes per side.
